Terms of service

You provide accurate details when registering and are responsible for your password.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, spam, or to harm other people.

The agreement for the service is between the client and the professional. An online payment through Stripe goes straight to the professional; GlowBook keeps no fee from it.

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the professional and are shown before a booking is confirmed.

A deposit may be required in some cases; this is stated before payment.

You are responsible for your service descriptions, prices, working hours, and for providing the service at the agreed time.

Using GlowBook as a professional costs one plan’s monthly fee (the price is on the Pricing page); new professionals get a free trial. Paid add-ons can be turned on as well. You can cancel the plan and add-ons at any time; they stay in effect until the end of the paid period.

If the plan is not paid, the account becomes read-only: your data stays visible to you, but your profile is hidden from clients and no new bookings can be made.

If you sell products through the shop add-on, you are the seller: you are responsible for the products, their descriptions, prices, taxes and buyers’ rights.

Only a client whose appointment actually took place can leave a rating.

We may remove content that is abusive, false, or not yours.

We are not responsible for the quality of the beauty service itself — it is provided by the professional.

We aim to keep the platform running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

GlowBook is a booking platform operating in Lithuania. It is currently run and maintained by a private individual; once a legal entity is registered, its full details will be listed here.

Payments are handled by Stripe — we neither see nor store card details. The money for a visit goes directly to the professional.
